Caleb Romig is a former 4-year collegiate football player with over 8 years of youth coaching experience at Blackhawk. Entering his 6th year as President of the Blackhawk Lil Cougars organization, he helps guide the direction of the program and serves as a point of contact for parents with important questions or concerns.

Mitchell Himes is a former high school football player, police officer, and military veteran with five years of youth football coaching experience. As Vice President, he helps guide the program and support organization operations. Parents can reach out to Mitchell with questions related to major program events such as the golf outing, banquet, and other annual organization activities.

Stephanie joined the organization in 2023 and proudly serves as the Secretary. She is dedicated to organization, communication and creating a great experience for all players, parents and coaches. Stephanie is passionate about supporting the program and cheering on every team throughout the season! 

Melissa Kiss, our reigning “Most Valuable Volunteer,” has been part of the organization for five years, serving in roles including Team Mom, Assistant Concession Coordinator, fundraising, and now entering her third year as Treasurer. With both football players and cheerleaders in the program, Melissa is committed to helping give every kid the best season possible. For any finance related questions, Melissa is your go-to.

Entering her fourth year with the ’Lil Cougars organization, Jess has cheered on her son, his teammates, and coaches while serving the past two years as the organization’s Programs Director. She believes a winning team starts with a well-fed sideline and is dedicated to fueling the league’s future one Gatorade and hot dog at a time. For any concession stand questions, Jess is your go-to!

Lindsay has been part of the cheer program since 2022, now in her second year as Cheer Director.  She is incredibly grateful to work alongside Megan Weber.  Together, they are committed to focus on building confidence, promoting teamwork, and building a strong cheer family. Dan Graham played youth and high school football in the Blackhawk community before continuing his career at Westminster College. With three years of youth coaching experience, Dan stepped into the role of Football Director in 2025 and oversees the football side of the program.
